Prom is open to Juniors and Seniors who are members of FHE, and their guest. Guests do not need to be homeschool students or FHE members but must be between the ages of 16-19. Please be sure that your guest also registers by April 15th. No exceptions for late registration and/or payments.
Age requirement will be strictly enforced. Anyone not meeting the age requirement will be turned away at the door. Students will need ID to enter. Acceptable forms of ID are state issued ID, state issued driver’s license, or a picture of their birth certificate (do not send the original birth certificate).
To avoid confusion, please work out payment arrangements (who is paying) with your guest prior to registering for prom.
Please note: parking at the Uptown Market is limited. Overflow parking is allowed in the Independence Chamber of Commerce parking lot (210 W Truman Rd) across the street from the venue.
Doors open at 7:00 pm. Please plan accordingly for the weather that night. Guests may need to wait outside in line before entering the building.
Registration form must be filled out by each FHE Junior or Senior and their guest(s). Registration is not complete until payment is received. Each guest must register separately. Do not register your guest on your form. No registrations or payments will be accepted at the door.
Use of the Venmo link does not secure your registration. Please be sure you have registered prior to making a payment.
Due to anticipated numbers registration is required by April 15th at midnight. Payment must be received by April 17, by midnight, or your prom registration will be forfeited. Capacity is limited. Please register early to secure your attendance at prom.
No refunds will be given. Please read this page carefully before completing registration.
